He appears to be a Halfling.

 

He appears to be immature and tiny.  He has oversized, twinkling baby-blue eyes and immaculate pink-tinged white skin.  He has short, fluffy white hair curling in a woolly mass and tied with a blue ribbon with a small bell attached.  He has a rotund, rosy-cheeked face, a button nose and a pair of mismatched ears, the right one perks up and the left droops down.  He has some pudgy cheeks that emphasize a set of dimples.

 

He has a branded rolton tattoo on his neck.

 

He is wearing some ancient tribal armor, a pair of wickedly curved horns, a rusty rolton bell, a flea-infested rolton's collar, a pair of soft rolton ears, a stubby white rolton nose, some rumpled rolton wool, a puffy white rolton tail, a diamond airship pin, a pair of leather saddlebags, an iron and mithril band, a medic's wooden ale-cask, an ancient canvas feedbag, a pair of wooly rolton hooves, and a gold ring.
